FARES AND PRICES

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment received and voucher(s) issued.

Price quoted excludes booking fee but include all government taxes unless we advise otherwise.

YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT

Please present your voucher when you meet with our staff or representative.

Tour departure/pickup/meeting point shown in the description of the tour and stated on your booking confirmation. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours without notifying us beforehand.

AVAILABILITY

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice unless the tour is confirmed when full payment is received.

IMPORTANT

We request that you check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation of booking by Customer will result in a penalty payable by the Customers for purposes of compensating any relevant party affected by the cancellation including Ipoh Secrets and/or the Tour Operator as follows:

  1. TOUR & ACTIVITIES
    - Booking Fee: Non-Refundable
    - Cancellations more than 2 day(s) in advance before the scheduled commencement: Deposit of 50% of the fare applied
    - Cancellation within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure or *NO SHOW*: 100% cancellation fee, NO REFUND
  2. CITY TRANSFER SERVICES
    - Booking Fee and any form add-on: Non-Refundable
    - Cancellations more than 2 weeks(s) in advance: Deposit of 50% of the fare applied
    - Cancellation less than 2 weeks(s) of the scheduled departure: 100% cancellation fee, NO REFUND
  3. ENTRANCE TICKETS / COUPONS / DISCOUNT CODES
    - Booking Fee and any form of Entrance Tickets: Non-Refundable
    - Applied Coupons and Discount Codes will no longer be valid.
